Founder
AVISER.Legal
was created by Stéphanie J. Roy in 2018.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2001, Stéphanie J. Roy is a business lawyer who practices in securities law and financial regulations for conceiving financial products and structuring their
marketing. She is also regularly entrusted by her clients for M&A operations.
She is very involved in supporting her clients, who praise her dynamic management of operations and of relational situations.
She favors a

Stephanie Roy is very involved in operations of public offer of securities and other financial products issued by commercial or cooperative companies in France or EU, (whether based on a prospectus a simplified information note, or an exemption). In M&A, she also is active in the areas of alcoholic beverage and spirits, the cooperage, the telecoms,
