General Business Law

With a collective work with AFIC (France Invest) we obtained changing, by Ordinance No. 2014-863 of 31 July 2014 relating to company law, the expert procedure in case of disagreement on the price of Article 1843-4 of the Civil Code. This procédure is widely used in sale-purchase operations and shareholders' agreements.

We are regularly involved on questions linked to linked to financial regulations and in particular crowdfunding and fintech.
